The years of learning the frame.

A graduate of Dokuz Eylül University's State Conservatory. Early stage work in Izmir, then a move to Istanbul. First screen roles in Bay Yanlış, Aliye, and the ensemble dramas that were teaching Turkish television to be ambitious again. The breakthrough came with Beyaz Gelincik — a lead that put the name on prime time and kept it there.

2009 — 2013 II · Craft

Prestige drama, at scale.

Four seasons of Ezel — a revenge epic that rewrote what a Turkish network drama could look, sound, and cost like. The role demanded stillness and rage in the same breath; it travelled to viewers across the Balkans, the Middle East, and Central Asia, and was among the first Turkish productions to be dubbed for Latin America. It also set the template for the decade to come: long-form, serious, regional on paper and global in reception.

Ertuğrul — a role that crossed a hundred and fifty borders.

Five seasons as the title role in Diriliş: Ertuğrul. A hundred and fifty episodes. Broadcast in more than a hundred and fifty countries, dubbed into Urdu, Arabic, Bengali, Bahasa, Swahili, Persian, and a dozen more languages. It became the most-watched Muslim-world production of its era — endorsed from national pulpits in Pakistan, re-run across Gulf broadcasters, studied as a case in how a regional epic can become a global one.

Through it all, the work itself held the same shape: early call times, long rides, horses that knew the set better than the crew, and a belief — quiet, stubborn — that the audience always knows when you are telling them the truth.

From inside the frame — to building the studio.

Barbaroslar: Akdeniz'in Kılıcı — the lead, Oruç Reis, in a prime-time naval epic that took the same period-drama ambition out to sea. Selected international appearances. Two years of quieter work: meetings with volumes operators, with virtual-production supervisors, with LED technicians, with writers who had manuscripts in desk drawers and nowhere to place them.

2026 — EAD Studios. Dubai. A film studio, an advertising division, and a content-technology practice. Built to put the craft of twenty years into work that should still exist in twenty more.

05 / 07A letter from the founder

Why I built this.

For twenty years my job was to stand inside other people's stories and make them true. Some of those stories travelled further than anyone predicted. Ertuğrul played in homes from Karachi to Jakarta to Cairo, in languages I do not speak, to audiences I will never meet in person. I learned, from that, two things that matter to me now more than any role I have been offered.

The first — the region has stories worthy of any shelf in any language. What has been missing is not material. It is the studio willing to make them for everyone, not only for home.

The second — the technology is finally on our side. LED volumes, virtual production, AI pipelines, volumetric capture. Tools that used to live in two or three cities now live wherever a studio is serious enough to command them. Dubai is such a place.

EAD Studios exists because I do not want to wait for someone else to combine these two facts. We are a film studio first. Around the slate we operate an advertising division and a content-technology practice — not as parallel businesses, but as three ways the same idea reaches the world.

We are building for a twenty-year gaze. The partners we want are patient, ambitious, and interested in being remembered. If that sounds like you — we should talk.
